Replacement & Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you wear. While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to provide replacements or exchanges under the conditions below.

Eligibility for Replacement / Exchange

A replacement or exchange is applicable if the product is:

  • Incorrect, damaged, or faulty

To qualify, the item must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unused and unwashed

  • Returned with all original tags and packaging intact

  • Accompanied by a clear unboxing video showing the issue at the time of opening (mandatory for damaged, defective, or incorrect items)

Claims for damage, defect, or incorrect product without unboxing video proof may not be accepted.

Process

  1. Submit Request: Contact us with your order details and required proof.

  2. Verification: Once approved, a free replacement will be issued for incorrect, damaged, or faulty products.

  3. Exchange Pickup: If an exchange is approved, a pickup will be scheduled within 48 hours.

  4. Dispatch: Replacements or exchanged items will be shipped once the original item is received and verified.
